What does your aisle runner installation service include?
Our service includes delivery and set up of the aisle runner between 9am - 9pm. Installations outside of this window will incur a flat rate surcharge of $85.
Our default runners are White Carpet with 1.5m width. We may also provide other colours and width upon request.
We do not have any hidden charges and do not charge extra for L-shape aisle.
How long before the ceremony will your team arrive for setup?
We typically arrive 1–2 hours before the ceremony (depending on venue access and event scale) to ensure ample time for a clean, precise installation.
Are your materials safe for all types of venues?
Every installation is done with carefully tested, venue-safe methods, ensuring a secure setup without leaving any marks or residue on carpets. Kindly note that we currently offer this service for indoor and carpeted venues only.
Do you provide different types or colours of aisle runners?
Yes. We offer a range of premium materials sourced from trusted suppliers, including classic white, red, . Custom sizes and colour tones can also be arranged to match your theme.
Can I customise my aisle runner with names or a monogram?
Custom printing (e.g. initials, quotes, or logos) is available upon request and subject to lead time. Let us know your design preference during booking so we can advise on feasibility and timeline.
How much does the installation service cost?
Pricing depends on runner length and customisation. We provide fair and transparent quotations with no hidden charges. While we may not be the cheapest, our clients value the professionalism, premium materials, and peace of mind that come with our service.
How do I make a booking?
Simply send in your request via the quotation page. We’ll return an email to confirm availability, provide a quotation. The entire process is designed to be simple and fuss-free.
When should I book the service?
We recommend booking at least 4-8 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and allow time for any customisation. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.
Do you offer removal after the ceremony?
The default package does not include removal, as our aisle runners are disposable and intended for one-time use only. Should our team be required to return on-site for teardown or post-event removal, additional charges will apply.

1. Booking & Payment
Due to limited time slots, we are only able to confirm bookings with full payment.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
All confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Any request to reschedule is subject to our availability. No refunds will be issued for services that are unused, partially completed, or cancelled due to venue or client circumstances.
3. Installation & Venue Coordination
The client is responsible for ensuring venue access at the agreed time. Delays in venue readiness may affect setup timing.
4. Care & Responsibility
All aisle runners are installed in a clean and presentable condition. Once installation is completed and handed over, we are not responsible for any damage, stains, or displacement caused by guests, vendors, or venue staff during or after the event. The client or venue will be responsible for maintaining the aisle runner’s condition once setup is completed. In the unforeseen event that the aisle runner is damaged by external parties during installation or before the start of the event, our team may offer a replacement at a fraction of the regular rate, subject to material availability and installer’s schedule.
5. Venue Safety
All materials and methods used are venue-safe, non-slip, and residue-free when properly handled. Any additional requirements imposed by the venue must be communicated in advance.
6. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, access restrictions, accidents, or other events beyond our control.
